  • What do I need before booking any BRAND BUILDER service(s)?
    All clients (current and future) booking branding style designs are required to have a transparent logo. Also, depending on the service professional photos and product photos are also require. We do allow a 2 - 5 business day grace period to submit all required documents before booking is cancelled and deposit is forfeited.
  • What is the official turnaround process?
    As of Jan. 2022 the turnaround process has extended to 7 - 14 business days on all branding design projects. Package deals turnaround is now 30 - 45 business days, however it may vary based on the package deal.
  • What is the revision process on brand builder & logo development projects?
    Every project will recieve 3 revisions that's included, but anything after the that will result an additional $35 revision fee. Once the final design is sent revisions are null and void, so please carefully review drafts before approving.
